Welcome to the Tulare County Amateur Radio Club's Blog. This site is used to allow members to contact one another and make their posts available to all members. Some areas are reserved for active members of the Club.

We are located in Tulare County, California. Tulare County consists of a variety terrain, from the floor of the San Joaquin Valley at an average elevation near 300 feet, to Sequoia National Park, part of Kings Canyon National Park, home of the General Sherman Tree, the tallest in the world, and the General Grant Tree, the worlds largest, respectively. Tulare County also contains the highest point in the continental United States, Mount Whitney, elevation 14,505 feet. Mount Whitney cannot be seen from the valley floor.
